Shipping policy

  1. Delivery scope:

With the goal of bringing convenience to customers when purchasing online on the sahu.vn website, Sahu implements a NATIONWIDE DELIVERY policy for all orders.

  1. Delivery charges:

All orders will be shipped and charged according to order weight. Customers will pay for the order, plus shipping fees. Shipping fees apply according to the following regulations:

- Order under 5kg: 30,000 VND

- Orders over 5kg: 7,000 VND/kg

- Orders over 1,000,000 VND: Free delivery*

  1. Delivery time:

For areas with a sales system and current stock status, delivery time is within 48 hours.

For products shipped to Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and other provinces, delivery time is from 3 to 5 days.**

  1. Responsibilities of Sahu and the delivery service provider:

- Provide complete bill of lading information for customers to easily track.

- Provide complete invoices during the delivery process.

- Inform customers as soon as possible if there is a problem during the delivery process.
