SAHU clay pots are handcrafted from high quality clay, suitable for cooking at high temperatures without fear of cracking. If you know how to preserve them, they can be used for many years.
The pot can be used with gas stoves, electric stoves (infrared), wood stoves, but cannot be used with induction cookers.
How to use and preserve SAHU clay pots:
1. Do not drop the pot
2. When cooking, use low heat first and then gradually increase the heat. This will prevent the pot from being shocked by the heat at the bottom while the top of the pot is still cool. The temperature difference and expansion can easily cause the pot to break.

How to create non-stick coating
Heat the pot very hot (remember the lowest heat), then pour in a layer of oil. Put the oil in the pot, let it boil and absorb into the pot, continuously stir the pot or use cotton to apply oil evenly to the bottom of the pot, wait about 30 minutes when the bottom of the pot gradually turns black and there is little oil left, wipe the oil away and you will have a perfect natural non-stick layer.
